Hi, I’m Kalie.

I’ve always lived between worlds — one foot in the seen, the other in the unseen.

Since childhood, my dreams have been vivid and alive — the place where my guides and ancestors spoke long before I had words for energy or intuition. When my mother passed 25 years ago, it cracked something open in me. Watching her leave her body was my first initiation into energy work — an experience that, though painful, set me on a lifelong path of self-healing, remembrance, and reconnection.

 

I’ve navigated a lifetime of trials and tribulations — loss, trauma, rebirth, and the unraveling that comes with a mid-life spiritual awakening. Through it all, I’ve learned that no one can heal you but you. The answers we seek aren’t outside of us — they live within, waiting for us to slow down, listen, and do the work. Healing is not about perfection — it’s about presence.

 

Over the years, my ancestors have guided me through the shadows and back to my own light, teaching me that healing is a partnership between soul and soil — between the energy that moves through us and the earth that holds us.

 

Today, I weave that wisdom into my work as a Vibrational Sound Therapist, Energy Alchemist (Reiki), Yoga/Meditation Teacher, and Herbalist.

Through Twisted Rootz Sacred Sound Haven, I’ve created a sanctuary on 24 acres of private wildlife conservation land — a space for others to reconnect with nature, rediscover their rhythm, and remember who they are beneath the noise.

 

My mission is simple:

To be a light in the darkness.

To offer tools that help others navigate their own awakening.

To remind people that their healing begins from within — and that nature is our greatest ally in the journey home.

 

This isn’t surface-level spirituality — it’s soul work. It’s muddy, real, and alive. It’s getting your hands in the dirt, breathing with the earth, and listening to the wisdom that’s been inside you all along.
