About Me
My Name is Kalie

I am a Sound Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide, Energy Worker, and Herbalist. More than any title, I am someone who has learned how to listen deeply. To the Body. To the Breath. To the Land. To the quiet intelligence that lives beneath words.

My work is Grounded, Experiential, and Trauma Informed. I understand that the body holds memory, that healing is not linear, and that safety, choice, and consent are essential. I do not push people into catharsis or promise transformation on demand. I create space that is steady, respectful, and honest, where people can meet themselves at their own pace.

Sound is at the heart of what I do. Vibration speaks directly to the nervous system and the body, often beyond language. Through sound, movement, breath, meditation, and earth based practices, I guide people back into a felt sense of presence. Not to escape life, but to inhabit it more fully.

Meditation is woven throughout my work as a practical, embodied skill. I teach it as a way to cultivate awareness, regulate the nervous system, and develop the capacity to stay present with experience as it unfolds. Peace, as I understand it, is not something handed down by a teacher or achieved through effort. It is something remembered and strengthened from within when we learn how to listen instead of override.

My approach is intuitive, grounded, and deeply respectful of personal sovereignty. I am not here to fix, save, or awaken anyone. I do not believe wisdom lives outside of us. I believe it emerges when people are supported in reconnecting with their own inner authority.

Nature has been one of my greatest teachers. Time spent working with the elements, tending land, and honoring natural cycles has shaped how I hold space and how I live. I value slowness, depth, and integrity over urgency, performance, or trends.
I come to this work with humility, not because I doubt myself, but because I respect the complexity of the human experience. I also come with strength, shaped by Lived Experience, Discernment, and a clear understanding of Boundaries. I know when to soften and when to remain steady.

I work best with people who are curious, self-responsible, and willing to engage honestly with themselves. People who are ready to slow down, feel, listen, and develop a relationship with their inner world that is grounded and real.

This is a space for those who are seeking peace not as an idea, but as an embodied practice. Peace that begins within and naturally ripples outward into how we move through the world, relate to others, and live our lives.
