One-on-One Reiki Session
During a Reiki session, you can typically expect to lie down fully clothed while I place my hands on or lightly above your body in a series of hand positions. The goal is to find areas where the energy isn't moving freely and to direct the energy to help facilitate your Bodies own healing abilities. You may feel a sense of warmth or tingling as I channel Life force energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress and bring you back to a state of awareness. I use crystals, tuning forks and other sound healing instruments to bring Harmony and Balance to the Energy Centers.
Vibrational Bowl Therapy
We will begin the session you with laying on a massage table fully clothed. I will use a pendulum to find where the energy is not moving in your body. I place Himalayan bowls on and around the body. I play the bowls on the body and you begin to receive a massage from the vibrations and frequencies that can be felt throughout your body. This promotes your own bodies innate healing abilities.
