Reiki only Session

Service Description

During a Reiki session, you can typically expect to lie down fully clothed while I place my hands on or lightly above your body in a series of hand positions. The goal is to find areas where the energy isn't moving freely and to direct the energy to help facilitate your Bodies own healing abilities. You may feel a sense of warmth or tingling as I channel Life force energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress and bring you back to a state of awareness. I use crystals, tuning forks and other sound healing instruments to bring Harmony and Balance to the Energy Centers. Reasons to get a Reiki Session There are several reasons one might consider getting a Reiki session, including: 1. Relieving stress and promoting relaxation 2. Reducing anxiety and depression 3. Easing physical pain and discomfort 4. Boosting the immune system 5. Improving sleep quality 6. Enhancing overall well-being and energy levels 7. Supporting emotional healing and spiritual growth. How many Reiki Sessions does it take The number of Reiki sessions needed varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some people may feel benefits after just one session, while others may benefit from multiple sessions over time. It's best to discuss your specific needs and goals with a Reiki practitioner to determine a personalized treatment plan.
