We begin w/ a 60 min Reiki session followed with various Sound Therapy modalities, including the soothing vibrations of bowls placed on and around the body, the immersive experience of a personal Sound Bath, or the precise frequencies of Tuning Forks. Each session is crafted to restore balance, release stagnant energy, and promote deep relaxation.
